Shipping Information Disclaimer
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.
HealHER, LLC is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or delivered to a location other than the one indicated, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice.
Returned packages can be re-shipped for the initial shipping fee paid by the customer.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping address will pay fees to email@example.com through PayPal or a personalized invoice can be sent and paid directly through WIX.
UPDATE: Due to the recent processing and shipping changes, HealHER will now solely ship all items through UPS only
Order processing and fulfillment times are currently ranging between 10-14 business days. After order has been fulfilled, tracking number info will be provided via email and are mailed through the United Postal Service (UPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email, HealHER, LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (including labels not scanned by UPS). Product arrival time may range from 10-14 business days after shipping. Please note, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, additional shipping delays may occur. Please note, HealHER, LLC, is not responsible for shipping delays.
PRE-SALE Shipping Information Disclaimer
All items set as/offered as "PRE-SALE" will have their own shipping terms/conditions which will be notated under each product description. Most items will begin shipment within 3-4 weeks. By purchasing such items, you are confirming that you are in agreement to such terms.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All orders are insured under the shipping carrier. HealHER, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or marked delivered by United Postal Service (UPS). If you suspect that your package has been stolen, and the tracking number associated with your order says delivered, please contact your local UPS and file a claim.
Please let me know if your package was lost so that I may assist with your claim however I can to help retrieve your items, and/or refund. In your email, please include your claims number from UPS.

How may I check the status of my order?
Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if twenty-one (21) days or more has passed since your order was originally placed. Please email HealHER, LLC directly at email@example.com .
Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry.
*A business day is considered every official working day of the week: Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Orders may ONLY be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of your purchase.
· If your order was placed via PayPal, your funds will be returned to you in the same fashion.
· If your order was placed via credit card through WIX Payments, once the funds have cleared, your funds will be refunded to your card.
